Compass Educational Services, LLC was formed and founded by Roxana Kidd, M.Ed., Bilingual Educational Diagnostician, and Klarissa Ramirez, M.S., CCC- SLP, Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist, who share a passion for serving the special education community. Compass was created in order to provide educational contracted services to school districts in need of special education support. Our staff is passionate about ensuring students with special needs receive remarkable developmental and learning opportunities. In order to achieve this, Compass Educational Services is prepared to assist with the current staffing shortages within our special education departments. We are committed to providing high quality and prompt work; adhering to state and federal guidelines.
